Using a combination of Folk Art Burgundy, Apple Barrel Hot Pink, White, Goose Feather and Burnt Sienna I worked on the highlights and lowlights of the lips. Working from the lip line I feather in the highlights - shaping the lips. Once I am happy I mix together Hot Pink and a tiny bit Burnt Sienna (to soften the intensity of the hot pink) and do a super thin layer over the lips to blend away the harsh lines and bring the colors together.
